The purpose of this document — which outlines the privacy policy of Label Elettronica S.R.L., the company running the website www.labelautomation.eu — is to describe, as accurately as possible, the ways in which we process the personal data of users and visitors to our site.

It also serves as a privacy statement — which we are required to provide by law (art. 13 of the Italian Privacy Act 30 June 2003 D.lgs. n° 196) — for users of our website services, which are delivered online.

The privacy statement is not applicable to other websites that you may be taken to via our links, and for which Label Elettronica S.R.L. cannot be held responsible in any way.

PLACE AND PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

Processing associated with the web services offered by this site is handled at the premises of the data controller and only by employees, independent professionals or partners of Label Elettronica S.R.L. who have been specifically tasked with processing, or by individuals who may be tasked with occasional maintenance.

TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED
